1. Non-Refundable Subscription
All subscription plans offered by MyKamato are strictly non-refundable. Once purchased, the subscription amount cannot be returned under any condition.
2. Pause & Flexibility
Subscribers may: Pause their subscription anytime Resume deliveries on any preferred date Request delivery at a different address (within serviceable areas) Flexibility is provided within the validity period defined below.
3. Weekly Subscription Validity
For a 1-week subscription: If the user misses a delivery for any reason (personal, medical, travel, or unavailability), the missed box is not lost. That weekly subscription will remain valid for 1 month from the date of purchase. The user may request the skipped/missed boxes any time within that 1-month window. If the user fails to claim the remaining boxes within 1 month, the subscription will be automatically cancelled, and unused boxes will lapse.
4. Monthly Subscription Validity
For a 1-month subscription: If the user is unable to take deliveries during the month, the full month’s subscription will remain valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. The subscriber can claim all missed boxes any time within these 6 months. After the 6-month validity period, any unused deliveries will automatically expire, and the subscription will be cancelled.
5. Delivery Rules
Delivery must be scheduled in advance through official channels. Address changes must be informed before the delivery is dispatched. MyKamato is not responsible for failed deliveries due to late or incorrect information.
6. Automatic Cancellation
Your subscription will be automatically cancelled if: Weekly plan → unused for 1 month Monthly plan → unused for 6 months Subscriber does not respond to delivery coordination despite multiple attempts Once cancelled, no refunds or carry-forwards will be provided.
7. General Conditions
All subscriptions depend on product availability. MyKamato reserves the right to update or modify subscription terms at any time.
